Educational Purpose
Logical Patterns is an educational and informational tool designed to help users learn about options trading strategies, market patterns, and portfolio management concepts. The platform is intended for use with paper trading and simulated brokerage accounts so that users can gain practical education through simulated trades without financial risk.
Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. The pattern signals, strike recommendations, backtest results, scanner outputs, and all other data presented by the platform are observational in nature and are provided solely for educational purposes. No content on this platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
No Fiduciary Relationship
Use of this platform does not create a fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or any professional-client relationship between you and the platform operator. The platform operator is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional. The platform operator does not hold any securities licenses, certifications, or regulatory registrations.
Paper Trading Recommendation
This platform is designed for and recommended for use with paper trading (simulated) accounts only. Users are strongly encouraged to use the platform exclusively with simulated brokerage environments to practice and learn without risking real capital. Any user who chooses to use this platform in connection with live brokerage accounts does so entirely at their own risk, against this recommendation, and in acknowledgment that the platform was not designed for live trading decisions.
Assumption of Risk
If you choose to use information from this platform to make real trading decisions, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes; (b) you may lose some or all of your invested capital; (c) the platform operator bears no responsibility for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the platform; and (d) options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

Backtest results, historical pattern performance, win rates, yield calculations, and all other historical metrics shown on this platform represent past performance based on historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical pattern observations may not repeat in future market conditions. Market conditions, volatility, liquidity, and other factors change over time and may render historical patterns unreliable.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Logical Patterns (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the Educational Disclaimer above. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Description
The Platform is an educational software tool that displays market data, technical indicators, pattern observations, and portfolio tracking features. The Platform is designed for educational use with paper trading accounts. It is not a trading platform, brokerage service, or financial advisory service. The Platform does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide access to financial markets.
3. Use with Live Accounts
The Platform is intended for use with paper trading and simulated accounts only. If you choose to import data from or make decisions based on this Platform using a live brokerage account, you do so at your sole risk and against the express recommendation of the Platform. The Platform operator assumes no liability whatsoever for any trading losses, financial damages, or adverse outcomes that result from using Platform information in connection with live brokerage accounts.
4. No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Platform operator disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and non-infringement. Data displayed on the Platform may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. The Platform operator makes no guarantee that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: financial losses from trading decisions, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Platform operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) any trading decisions you make based on information from the Platform; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
7. Data and Privacy
The Platform stores account data, transaction history, and usage information that you provide or import. This data is used solely to provide Platform functionality. The Platform operator does not sell, share, or distribute your personal or financial data to third parties. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
8. Account Termination
The Platform operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Platform operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When Terms are updated, the version number will be incremented and you will be required to review and re-accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Educational Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform operator regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
